This firm is highly ranked in the Legal 500 across all their departments and is renowned for delivering top-quality work, particularly in complex international M&A transactions and corporate tax matters. Key Responsibilities: * Work on a diverse range of corporate matters, including international mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, and corporate tax issues. * Assist senior corporate lawyers on high-profile and challenging deals, gaining valuable experience in both corporate law and tax matters. * Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing strategic advice on corporate transactions and tax planning. * Support the growth of the practice by contributing to business development efforts alongside senior team members.
